The State Cases Authority has identified 5 main conditions that must be met by applicants from the faculties of law, Sharia, law and police, batch 2022, to fill the position of male and female assistant delegate, in addition to the general conditions stipulated by law.
These main conditions were:
1- His cumulative grade should not be less than good.
2- He should not be more than 30 years old on the date of publishing this advertisement.
3- He must successfully pass the personal interview and all the tests that are conducted for him in this regard.
4- He must have the capacity, authority and competence required to occupy that judicial position, according to what the committee estimates.
5- To prove his medical fitness according to medical analyzes and examinations from the competent medical authorities determined by the Authority.
It is worth noting that the State Cases Authority announced the acceptance of applications from graduates of the Faculties of Law, Sharia, Law and Police, batch of 2022, to fill the position of assistant delegate for males and females, electronically through the official website of the authority.
In the job advertisement, the authority confirmed that the application file is being withdrawn in exchange for 600 pounds, from the headquarters of the State Cases Advisers Club located: 8 Abu Al Feda St. – Zamalek – Cairo, during the period from Saturday, corresponding to January 21, until the end of Thursday, corresponding to February 2, next. After submitting a copy of the card and a copy of the qualification.
The State Litigation Authority also determined the possibility of applying through the authority’s website during the period from January 28 to February 16.
As for applying electronically for students via the website www.sla.gov.eg, this will be done during the period from January 28 to February 16, through a set of steps:
1- Editing all the required data in the data registration form correctly and clearly and printing it through the same website after completing and saving all the data.
2- Files shall be submitted complete with the original documents and required papers.
3- The files are delivered at the headquarters of the State Cases Advisers Club, starting from Saturday, February 18th to Thursday, March 13th, according to the schedule that is published on the official website of the State Litigation Authority.
The authority warned that it will not consider applications that are submitted after the specified date or applications that do not fulfill the required conditions and documents, noting that all the original documents and documents submitted in the file may not be retrieved.
