Chamber of Engineering Industries: The state pays great attention to industry


Mohamed Al-Mohandes, head of the Engineering Industries Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, said that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to support the private sector and remove the obstacles facing us put on our shoulders a great responsibility to deepen and develop the local industry to meet the needs of the local market and achieve an abundance of products qualified for export.

The Chairman of the Chamber of Engineering Industries confirmed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s decision during the celebration of the centenary of the Federation of Industries and the first forum for industry to grant the golden license to manufacturers for a period of 3 months will have a major role in moving the wheel of industry, especially since we do not have the luxury of time currently in light of the global changes that were reflected in the economies of the scientist .

During his participation in the first international forum for industry, Muhammad Al-Muhandis added that the Chamber of Engineering Industries participated in the industrial exhibition with a large pavilion covering an area of ​​2,000 meters for companies specialized in engineering industries in their various sectors.

Mohamed Al-Mohandes commended the Ibada initiative, which had a major role in supporting the engineering industries sector and working to localize the production requirements necessary for the industry, including, for example, the compressor production factory through partnerships with major home appliance factories in Egypt, especially since the compressor is an original and main part in the industry. Refrigerator and air conditioning, and we used to rely on imports from abroad.

Mohamed Al-Mohandes noted that the engineering industries sector is one of the promising industrial sectors that has great growth opportunities in Egypt, and the state attaches great importance to this sector, and this is what we see with all officials and government sectors directly.
