The rise in gold prices today .. and 21 karat records 1255 pounds per gram
Gold prices rose today in Egypt after an ounce of gold increased from $ 1,700 to levels of $ 1760, and 18 karat gold recorded about 1076 pounds, 21 karat 1255 pounds, and 24 karat recorded 1434 pounds, and the price of the gold pound reached 10080 pounds.
The gold metal recorded the highest settlement price since the end of August on the global stock exchange, amid a decline in the dollar and US Treasury yields.
Statistics: Egyptian exports to America $1.3 billion in 6 months, with a growth rate of 13.2%
The value of Egyptian exports to the United States of America increased to reach 1.3 billion dollars during the first half of 2022, and the value of Egyptian imports from the United States amounted to 3.6 billion dollars during the same period.
The value of American investments in Egypt also increased to $9.2 billion during the fiscal year 2020/2021, an increase of 19.8%, and the value of remittances from Egyptians working in the United States of America recorded $1.4 billion during the fiscal year 2020/2021, an increase of 40.9%.
Housing is close to delivering housing units to all Egyptians
Housing: 19,344 units of a housing project for all Egyptians will be delivered in New Obour soon
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities is preparing to hand over 19,344 housing units to its occupants soon, in a project of 806 residential buildings in New Obour City, as part of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians”.
In a related context, the Ministry is continuing the work of the project to develop, expand and raise the efficiency of the industrial zone circular road, which starts from the Khazzan area to Al-Rubiki Road, passing through the social housing in Al-Andalus neighborhood in Badr City, to accommodate the current and future traffic densities and to achieve the required traffic liquidity.
The cost of developing the road is 111 million pounds, and it is implemented within the plan of the Badr City Authority to expand and raise the efficiency of the city’s main axes and roads, to save time, effort and money to move between industrial areas and the city’s various neighborhoods.
