The Egyptian club entered into negotiations with Haras El Hodoud in order to include Mustafa Zico, the left wing of the team.

A source inside the club revealed that there is an obstacle in the way of completing the deal to include the Ismaili duo, Omar Al-Wahsh and Muhammad Al-Shami, this January.

Yesterday, Wednesday, the Ismaili president, Yahya Al-Koumi, announced an agreement with Al-Masry to leave Al-Wahsh and Al-Shami for 7 million pounds, in addition to the inclusion of two players from the Port Said club.

A source from Al-Masry revealed to FilGoal.com: “The deal with the Ismaili was to include Omar Al-Wahsh and Muhammad Al-Shami, a final sale for 7 million pounds, without exchange deals.”

He explained, “We agreed with the Ismaili that there are players available to leave in order to agree with them, away from the Al-Wahsh and Al-Shami deal, but they have not convinced these players yet.”

And he continued, “If Ismaili insists on entering reciprocal deals other than the financial consideration, the deal will be postponed to the end of the season, while studying the team’s needs at the time.”

Regarding other deals, the source indicated, “There are negotiations with the Border Guards in order to include Mustafa Zico, and no financial agreement has been reached with the club yet.”

He continued, “There was no final agreement regarding the transfer of Abdullah Jumaa, and if Zamalek decides to leave players on loan, we will discuss the possibility of including them.”

The source revealed, “Hossam Hassan wants to include a right-back and a defender as part of the January reinforcements.”

Al-Masry’s source concluded, “A petition was submitted to the Football Association for Hossam Hassan’s punishment.”

Al-Masry ranks tenth in the league standings table, with 14 points.

Al-Masry will play its next match against Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, the day after tomorrow, Saturday.
