Amer Hussein – Egypt national team training before facing Liberia
Amer Hussein, a member of the Board of Directors of the Football Association, talked about the crisis of Al-Ahly and Zamalek shirts in the Super, and the postponement of the White match against Pyramids, as well as the punishment of Josevaldo Ferreira, coach of Zamalek.
Amer Hussein said on MBC Egypt: “Determining the uniforms of the two teams for the super meeting will be during the technical meeting before the match, and each team will attend in its own uniform, and the matter will be coordinated between the two teams.”
He explained, “Al-Ahly did not send any letters regarding the uniform, and Zamalek’s alternative uniform is not contrary to Al-Ahly’s uniform, and if Zamalek plays in the basic uniform, Al-Ahly will change the color of the shorts.”
“The two teams have met 100 times before and there was no problem,” he added.
And a source from Al-Ahly revealed to FilGoal.com 3 reasons for the fake letter that went viral on Tuesday. (See details)

And he added, “We held the two teams’ match in the fourth round between Zamalek and Enppi so as not to increase the number of postponed matches in the league, and not to postpone only two matches for Zamalek, because this causes a problem in the league schedule.”
He continued, “The league table is a consecutive series, and when a defect occurs, it affects the rest of the matches, and I try to make a simple adjustment in the league table.”
An amendment was made to the schedule of matches for the third and fourth rounds of the league due to Egypt’s hosting of the Climate Summit from November 3 to 18 of the same month.
And about fining Zamalek coach Josefaldo Ferreira, he replied, “Zamalek filed a grievance against Ferreira’s penalty, and it has not yet been considered.”
