Mohamed Wahba chose the final list of Egypt’s national team that will compete in the African Nations Cup qualifiers for juniors.

Wahba included 25 players, including Tibo Gabriel Christian, who has both Egyptian and German nationalities.

Thibault occupies the center of the defender in the German Hoffenheim.

The list was reduced after Wahba included 32 players in his preparatory camp.

The list was:

Goalkeepers: Abdel Moneim Tamer – Omar Kamal – Ziad Haitham

Defense: Ali Nofal – Mohamed Abdel Moneim – Amr Mohamed – Amir Alaa – Ahmed Abdeen – Mohamed Nabih – Abdel Rahman Ali – Tibo Christian

Middle: Youssef Islam – Mohamed El Sayed – Mustafa Okasha – Marwan Abdel Fattah – Ibrahim Adel – Mohamed Abdel Nasser – Omar Khader – Hossam Hassan – Omar Sayed Moawad

Attack: Ayman Amir – Hossam Adel – Muhammad Haitham – Mohsen Ashraf

A junior team will travel to Algeria on October 30, to face Algeria in a friendly before entering the qualifiers.

The Egyptian junior national team is participating in the North African qualifiers for the U-17 African Nations Cup, which is hosted by Algeria.

The Egyptian team is in a strong group in the qualifiers, as the group includes: Morocco, Libya and Tunisia, along with the Egyptian team.

And bid farewell to the Egyptian national junior team in the Arab Cup quarter-finals at the hands of Morocco.

At that time, the team topped the standings of its group with the full mark by defeating Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Syria, scoring 17 goals and without conceding any goal in the group stage.

The Egyptian national team won the African Championship title once in 1997, and previously ranked fourth in the 2003 edition.
