The Tunisian newspaper Al-Hadaf revealed the provisional list for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The initial list included 29 names, and they will be reduced to 26 in the final list at the latest on November 14.

Ali Maaloul, Al-Ahly player, Seif Al-Din Al-Jaziri, Zamalek player, and Ferjani Sassi, the current Al-Duhail and former Zamalek player, were on the list, according to the same newspaper.

The list witnessed the absence of Hamza Mathlouthi, the player of Zamalek, as it appeared Jan Valerie Who recently chose to represent the Tunisian national team.

Tunisia plays in Group D, along with France, Australia and Denmark.

The Carthage Eagles will open their World Cup competitions against Denmark on November 22, then Australia on November 26, and conclude the group stage against France on November 30.
