Portuguese coach Josefaldo Ferreira, coach of Zamalek club, held a session with the players before the start of training today, Monday, at Abdel Latif Abourgila Stadium, at the club’s headquarters.
The session witnessed a quick talk between the coach and the players, during which he was keen to motivate them, and explained some of the ideas to be implemented during today’s training.
The players of Zamalek fought a strong division, during Monday’s training, which was held at Abdel Latif Abourgila Stadium at the club’s headquarters.
The division witnessed the appearance of the quartet, goalkeeper Mohamed Awad, Youssef Ibrahim “Obama”, Zakaria Al-Wardi and Mohamed Abdel Shafi at a good level.
The Portuguese Josevaldo Ferreira was keen to correct some errors that appeared during the division.
Ferreira gave special instructions to Tunisian Seif El-Din Jaziri, the Al-Abyad striker, during the group training that took place today, Monday, at Abdellatif Abourgila Stadium, at the club’s headquarters.
The players of Zamalek went through a special physical segment during the training, which witnessed a focus on raising the players’ fitness rates.
The team was divided into two groups, and each group conducted physical exercises with and without the ball under the supervision of Andre Philippe Sousa, the team’s load planner.
After that, the technical director held a lengthy session with his assistant staff to discuss some technical matters to be implemented during the training session, in addition to distributing tasks to each member of the apparatus.
Zamalek is preparing to meet its Chadian counterpart, Elect Sport, scheduled for September 18 in Cameroon, in the first leg of the 64th round of the African Champions League.
