Pyramids officially signs Mostafa Fathy


As part of the efforts of the Pyramids Club management to support the ranks of the football team with the best players and elements, in various centers, the club announced its official contract with international star Mustafa Fathi, the playmaker from the ranks of the Saudi Al-Taawun Club.


Mustafa Fathi signed contracts to join Pyramids Club for one season on loan, with the possibility of activating the final purchase clause at the end of the loan, after agreeing with the Saudi Cooperation Club on all the details regarding the contract with the player.


Mustafa Fathi is considered one of the most important names in Egyptian football. He was born on May 12, 1994. He began his football career in the ranks of Nabrouh Club, before moving to the ranks of Zamalek and then playing in Saudi Cooperation, Smouha and Zamalek, before returning again to Al Taawun Club, and from there to Pyramids on loan.


Mustafa Fathi moved to Saudi cooperation last January, and played with the team 12 matches in the Saudi Professional League, in which he scored 5 goals, and played two matches in the Asian Champions League, and one match in the King’s Cup.


Mostafa Fathi, during his distinguished career, played 209 matches, during which he contributed 84 goals, scoring 55 goals and assisting 29 others, and is considered one of the most important elements during the current summer transfer phase.


Mostafa Fathi played for the Egyptian under-23 youth team, and also played 17 international matches with the Egyptian national team, and he made his debut in June 2015 against Tanzania in the framework of qualifying for the African Nations Cup.
