Surprise.. iPhone 14 Plus has a stronger battery than iPhone 14 Pro Max


Apple doesn’t usually reveal during its conferences the size of the batteries inside iPhones, all the company does is show how long the battery lasts, which is what happened with the newly announced iPhone 14.

While Apple did not disclose during its conference the battery capacities of the new iPhone 14 models, a file with a Chinese regulatory body and Chemtrec, an organization responsible for the safety of hazardous materials, reveals the details.

The new iPhone 14 models have a slightly larger battery compared to their predecessors, with the exception of the iPhone 14 Pro, which has a slightly smaller battery, and the iPhone 14 Plus, which has no predecessor to compare, which has the largest battery in the group.

The iPhone 14 has a 3,279 mAh battery, while the 3,227 mAh battery is inside the iPhone 13, and compared to up to 19 hours of video playback time on the iPhone 13, the iPhone 14 claims to provide up to 26 hours of video .

Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 Plus features a 4,325mAh battery, the largest of the four, promising up to 26 hours of video playback time, meaning a day of battery life.

The iPhone 14 Pro comes with a 3,200 mAh battery, which is slightly larger than the 3,095 mAh battery of the iPhone 13 Pro, and according to Apple, the iPhone 14 Pro will provide up to 23 hours of video playback, an hour longer than It promises iPhone 13 Pro.

The only iPhone that has a smaller battery than its predecessor is the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which houses a 4,323 mAh battery, while the iPhone 13 Pro has a 4,325 mAh battery, which is an important difference.

There is an hour difference between the promised video playback time of the two iPhone models; iPhone 14 Pro Max offers up to 28 hours of video playback, while iPhone 13 Pro promises up to 27 hours.
