The “forward media with caption” feature in WhatsApp is now available for Android users, and the latest feature will allow users to forward photos, videos, GIFs, and documents with a caption, and there is an option to remove the caption as well.

According to a report by WABetaInfo, “WhatsApp wants to make sure you are aware of this new feature by giving you the ability to remove the caption from media before forwarding it. This is a very important step as it allows users to maintain control over the messages they send.”

The “forward media with caption” feature in WhatsApp was available earlier for iOS users, and this feature allows users to forward photos, videos, GIFs, and documents with a caption, and there is an option to remove the caption as well.

This feature will allow users to add a caption to media files while sharing it with friends and family, and this feature will help users to quickly search old files by typing keywords from the caption.

And when users forward a photo with a caption, a new display will appear at the bottom of the screen, letting them know if the feature is enabled on their account or not. Moreover, a decline button is available to delete the caption from the photo before forwarding the message. If the user decides they don’t want to be forwarded.
