The Minister of Communications grants a student in one of the villages of a decent life free internet for a year


Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, followed up with a female student in the village of Al Hilla in Qena Governorate – one of the villages that benefited from the Good Life initiative – the development of Internet speed after the connection of fiber-optic cables to the village, which contributed to facilitating the students’ use of online education services via the tablet. schoolhouse.

The student explained to the Minister of Communications the steps for entering the educational platform of the Ministry of Education and benefiting from the content on the platform, as a result of the increase in Internet speed after replacing fiber-optic cables instead of copper cables.

And Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, decided to grant free internet for a year to the student in the village of Abu El-Goud in Qena Governorate, until she passes the third grade of secondary school and enters the college of her dreams.

For his part, Mahmoud Ariab, mayor of one of the villages of Qus Center in Qena Governorate, said that the village is the model village in Qus Center in terms of the availability of modern technological services, after implementing decent life projects that contributed to the development of various services in the village, adding that the village has a population of 3,000 citizens, and there are It has schools of all ages (primary, preparatory, and secondary).

Ariab added, in exclusive statements to “The Seventh Day”, that the connection of fiber-optic cables to the village contributed to developing the speed of the Internet, to make it easier for the village students to follow their lessons, which is one of the demands of the villagers, and thanked President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic.
