The Minister of Planning participates today in the work of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York


Today, Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, will participate in the work of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly, held in New York, USA, and the events held on the sidelines of that session.

The agenda of the New York Minister of Planning and Economic Development includes participating as a keynote speaker today in the Bloomberg Emerging + Frontier Forum 2022, which will be held at Bloomberg headquarters in New York, in a high-level session entitled “A New World Order: Emerging Markets and Frontiers”, and her Excellency will also participate in the round table held During the activities of the Bloomberg Forum under the title “Egypt: Economic and Investment Prospects”, in the presence of a selected group of senior executives and investors.

Dr. Hala Al-Saeed is scheduled to participate in the Oxford University initiative to confront poverty and achieve human development, to deliver her speech during the high-level side event held this year on the sidelines of the work of the United Nations General Assembly under the title “Leadership to reduce multidimensional poverty to ensure prosperity for all”, tomorrow Friday. It is also participating in a high-level event on “Partnership for Action: Implementing the Global Accelerator for Jobs and Social Protection for Equitable Transitions in the Complex Overlapping Crisis”, held at United Nations Headquarters under the auspices of the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Hala Al-Saeed’s participation in the work of the current session of the United Nations General Assembly will witness the attendance of the high-level round table on the United Nations Water Conference 2023.
