The stability of the price of the dollar against the Egyptian pound during its trading today


The exchange rates of the dollar against the Egyptian pound stabilized, at the beginning of its trading today, Wednesday, in Egyptian banks.

The banks traded the dollar exchange rates today between “19.37-19.44” pounds for purchase, and “19.45-19.47” pounds for sale.

The dollar recorded the lowest level for purchase at the Suez Canal Bank, to reach 19.37 pounds, and the highest level for sale, to 19.47 pounds, at the Egyptian Gulf and Arab African Bank, and the price of the dollar and foreign currencies witnessed a new movement during the banking transactions period.

In the two largest government banks in terms of assets and transactions, “Al-Ahly and Egypt”, the dollar exchange rate recorded 19.39 pounds for purchase and 19.45 pounds for sale, and in the Suez Canal Bank, the dollar recorded 19.37 pounds for purchase and 19.47 pounds for sale.

In private banks, the exchange rate at the Commercial International Bank recorded 19.41 pounds for purchase and 19.47 pounds for sale, and in the African Arab, the dollar recorded 19.39 pounds for purchase and 19.47 pounds for sale.

In the Central Bank of Egypt, the average price of the dollar against the Egyptian pound recorded 19.39 pounds for purchase and 19.46 pounds for sale.

At the level of the major currencies, the prices of the European currency “euro” decreased between 15-13 piasters for buying and selling, and in the National Bank and Banque Misr, the price of the euro recorded 19.16 pounds for purchase and 19.40 pounds for sale, and in the Suez Canal Bank, it recorded 19.22 pounds for purchase and 19. 42 pounds for sale.

In private banks, the euro in the Commercial International Bank recorded 19.18 pounds for purchase and 19.42 pounds for sale, and in the Arab African, it recorded 19.29 pounds for purchase and 19.42 pounds for sale.

In the Central Bank of Egypt, the average price of the euro against the Egyptian pound recorded 19.31 pounds for purchase and 19.40 pounds for sale.

And the pound sterling recorded a decline between 20-14 piasters for buying and selling, as it recorded in the National Bank and Banque Misr 21.92 pounds for purchase and 22.14 pounds for sale, and in the Suez Canal Bank, it recorded 21.98 pounds for purchase and 22.16 pounds for sale, and in the Commercial International Bank, the pound sterling 21.94 pounds for purchase and 22.16 pounds for sale, and the Arab African Bank recorded 22.03 pounds for purchase and 22.16 pounds for sale.

In the Central Bank of Egypt, the average price of sterling against the Egyptian pound recorded 22.13 pounds for purchase and 22.22 pounds for sale.

In the Arab world, the Saudi riyal in the National Bank recorded 5.15 pounds for purchase and 5.17 pounds for sale, and the Emirati dirham recorded 5.27 pounds for purchase and 5.29 pounds for sale, and the Kuwaiti dinar recorded 60.55 pounds for purchase and 62.97 pounds for sale – according to the National Bank.
