Three unknown methods on WhatsApp that will change the way you write text messages forever

WhatsApp has a large number of features and settings that can help make sending messages easy.

Here are three little-known tricks you can try according to The Sun:

Change your WhatsApp line.

All you have to do is open WhatsApp on your iPhone, enter the chat and write a message.

Then highlight a word (or sentence, or entire message) and hold your finger down.

A menu will pop up: click on the BIU icon.

This allows you to change the font style – which can confuse friends.

This is not the only way to achieve this effect.

To make the text bold, all you have to do is place an asterisk on either side of the word or phrase you are trying to encourage.

Likewise it is also possible to make WhatsApp messages italic,

It works the same way as the daring stunt, but with different symbols.

You need to put an underscore on either side of the word or phrase you are trying to edit.

Strikethrough draws features along the entire line of text: strikethrough.

Usually used to indicate that something is wrong, or should be ignored.

For a strikethrough line, place a tilde (the squiggly line symbol) on either side of your message.

Save important texts.

The first trick is to save messages as favorites.

Just open WhatsApp and then go to the chat.

If you tap your finger on a specific message, you’ll get the option to star it.

Then go to Settings and look for Starred Messages.

This is where all your favorite messages will be stored.

It’s an easy way to keep track of important messages – perhaps an address, travel directions, or even a WhatsApp clever trick.

Install your best chats.

Another hack to learn is to pin chats.

This is an easy way to prioritize your favorite people in WhatsApp.

If you have a busy WhatsApp sometimes one of the groups and work chats can get buried.

But it is actually possible to pin so many chats that they remain at the top of the main conversation feed.

Go to your chat list and swipe right in the conversation.

You can then click Install and the selected chat will stick to the top of the feed.

If you change your mind later, you can cancel the installation at any time.
