Today, Eng. Mohamed Fathy, Chairman and Managing Director of Town Gas Company, received a delegation of the unified government complaints system at the company’s headquarters, where a meeting was held with Eng. Karam Khalifa, Director of the Follow-up Department for Government Entities in the Unified Complaints System at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Tharwat, the official of the complaints portal at the Ministry of Petroleum and mineral wealth.
This came in light of the directives of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic and Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and within the framework of the keenness of Engineer Tarek El-Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, to activate the service programs provided to citizens, and to overcome any difficulties in this regard, and under the auspices of Dr. Consolidated government complaints at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and within the framework of continuous follow-up to the level of service provision to customers and its improvement by overcoming all obstacles.
During the meeting, the company reviewed all the measures taken in this regard, as well as providing all capabilities that help deal with the complaints of natural gas customers as soon as possible through the trained crews.
A field visit was also made to the new digital customer service system DCS, as well as the mobile customer service and a study linking it to the complaints system, which will contribute greatly to facilitating and speeding up customer service procedures.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation commended the outstanding performance of Town Gas Company in receiving and monitoring inquiries and complaints, as the response rate reached 100% of the complaints.
